At Rogers Health and Rehabilitation Center, we believe that care goes far beyond medicine; it’s about connection, compassion, and community. Every smile shared between our staff and residents is a reminder of why we love what we do.
This October was filled with meaningful moments that brought joy to our halls and warmth to our hearts. One of the highlights was hosting trick-or-treating for the local 4-H club! Our residents lit up with excitement as children in costume filled the building with laughter and energy. It was a beautiful way to bridge generations and create lasting memories.
We also had the honor of celebrating a very special member of our team, Pilar, who has been part of the Rogers Health and Rehab family for 29 years. Pilar is the kind of coworker everyone wishes they had: dependable, kind, and always ready to lend a helping hand. She’s the kind of employee every manager hopes others will look up to and emulate. Her dedication and heart have made a lasting impact on our team and the lives of countless residents over the years.
We are so grateful for moments like these, the ones that remind us why we’re here and who we’re here for. At Rogers Health and Rehab, we don’t just provide care, we build relationships that matter.
